The Sight & Sound Theater Experience
The visitor experience in Sight and Sound Millennium Theater in Lancaster PA is like no other. The theater features a 300-foot wrap around stage with amazing sets up to 40 feet high. Live animals wander the stage and the aisle of this 2,000 seat theater. This is an immersive experience. Just watch out for the spitting camels! (Yes, they do meet animal welfare guidelines). There are no bad seats, you can see perfectly from any seats in the house. When booking on the website, you can see the view from the seats!

There is plenty of free parking at the theater. However, we recommend giving yourself time to navigate the very large parking lot both before and after the show. If you going to Miller’s or coming back to Plain & Fancy Farm after the show, we recommend going straight through the light at the exit which will avoid the long line turning left.
The theater has plenty of accessible seating but some seats do require the use of stairs so make sure to note any special accommodations required when calling for your tickets (online portal does note if there are stairs required). If you or someone in your party must remain in a wheelchair during the show, please call (800) 377-1277 to make your reservation. The theater does offer wheelchair-accessible parking, restroom facilities, and theater seating.

Plan Your Sight and Sound Dining Experience
There are many great options by Sight & Sound so you can plan your post-show or pre-show dining. Our top two recommendations for Sight & Sound dining are within 15-20 minutes and take reservations:
Miller’s Smorgasbord – the oldest smorgasbord in Lancaster County featuring American Classics and Lancaster County Heritage dishes. If you are a larger party or have some picky eaters, Miller’s is the perfect Sight & Sound dining option.
Smokehouse BBQ and Brews – offer a wide selection of premised smoked meats, salads and sandwiches. Plus, it is right next to AmishView Inn.
Additional options that are close by are Greenfield Restaurant, Agape, and Bespoke Brewing. But they don’t all take reservations and it can get busy before and after showtimes.
Sight & Sound does have concessions with light snacks and beverages. They are know for their signature glazed almonds – the aroma permeates the lobby as you enter. But it is best to be ready to fill up before or after the show.
